💊 Dosage & Administration

• Recommended Dosage: One capsule taken orally once daily, preferably 30 minutes before a meal.

• Administration: Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water. Do not chew, crush, or break the capsule.

• Missed Dose: If a dose is missed, take it as soon as you remember unless it's almost time for the next dose. Do not double doses to make up for a missed one.
