💊 Dosage & Administration

• Recommended Dosage: Typically, one capsule is taken orally once a day, preferably before a meal (in the morning).

• Administration: Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water. Do not chew, crush, or break the capsule.

• Missed Dose: If a dose is missed, take it as soon as you remember, unless it's almost time for your next dose. Do not double doses to compensate for a missed dose.
